Here is how it works: 

1.  When your friend or family member schedules, and successfully completes their session with Candice Melton Photography, YOU get $25.00 in session credit! Doesn’t get much easier than that!

2. Tell EVERYONE you know about Candice Melton Photography and remind them when they send an inquiry to mention that you sent them! The easiest way to do this is to share my “Contact Me” page with them. Please be sure to have them to ADD YOUR NAME in the form to ensure you get your session credit. Once they book and complete a session, you will receive an e-mail within two weeks letting you know you have earned the $25 session credit!

Here are the details:

1. There is no limit on the amount of session credit you can receive! You can receive unlimited session credits.

2. You can use the session credit for ANY TYPE of photo session that I offer - That means newborn, engagement, seniors, any of them!

3. You have up to 12 months from the date the session credit is awarded to use it.

4. Session credit cannot be transferred from one person to another.

5. Only NEW CLIENT referrals to Candice Melton Photography are eligible for the session credit.

6. One session credit in the amount of $25 is given per NEW CLIENT referral

7. Session credit cannot be redeemed for monetary value or any services aside from future photo sessions.

8. Session credit cannot be used as a refund for previous sessions completed.

9. Session credit will only be given once the client you referred has fully paid for and completed their session.

10. Candice Melton Photography reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Candice Melton Photography Referral Program any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a session credit or to disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred that compromises the fairness the program. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in us terminating your participation in the Program. Terms & Conditions apply. By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless us and any current, former and future affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and credits are provided “as is where is”.
